When you engage with the Campaign or make a contribution through ActBlue, we may collect information including:

  • Mailing address

  • Phone number

  • Employer and occupation (required by law for certain political contributions)

  • Contribution amount and date

Payment information is processed securely by ActBlue. The Campaign does not store your full credit card or bank account information.

How We Use Your Information

  • Process and report political contributions as required by the Federal Election Commission (FEC)

  • Comply with federal and applicable Massachusetts campaign finance laws

Required Disclosure Under Federal Law

Federal law requires political committees to use best efforts to obtain and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed applicable federal thresholds.

Massachusetts-Specific Notice

If you are a Massachusetts resident:

  • Contributions and contributor information may also be subject to disclosure under applicable Massachusetts Office of Campaign and Political Finance (OCPF) regulations when required by law.

  • Massachusetts law prohibits contributions in the name of another and prohibits corporate contributions to federal candidates.

This Campaign complies with all applicable federal and Massachusetts campaign finance laws.

Information Sharing

The Campaign does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise commercially distribute your personal information.

  • ActBlue, for the purpose of processing contributions

  • Campaign vendors and consultants retained for compliance, communications, or fundraising
